Since 1994 we have built our own hubs, hired our own people and answered our own phones. That is why, when a shipment matters, customers call us instead of a marketplace.
Global Express Logistics began in 1994 as a regional courier in Rotterdam with three vans and a promise: if we say 10am, it arrives at 10am. Three decades later that promise runs on 84 hubs, 310 depots and 38 airline partners.
We grew by doing the unglamorous work — customs paperwork, night sorts, exception calls at 3am. Today we move 1.2 million parcels and 4,800 tonnes of freight every day, but the operating principle has not changed: own the parts of the journey that determine whether you keep your promise.
We own the gateways, the technology and the customer relationship. On the ground in remote markets we work with vetted partners — audited annually against our own service standards.
