We compare actual weight with volumetric weight (L×W×H in cm ÷ 5000 for air, ÷ 6000 for road). The higher figure is chargeable. For ocean LCL we use revenue tonnes (1 CBM = 1,000 kg).

Yes. Standard terms are 30 days from invoice for approved accounts, with 45 or 60 days available for larger volumes. New accounts start on prepay for the first 30 days.
All-risk cover is available at 0.35% of declared value with a $50 minimum, underwritten by A-rated insurers. We can also work with your own policy — just send us the certificate.
